morning everybody!! hows ur monday? hehehe..sy bsemangat pagi ni wlupun hati bdebar2. knaper? bdebar2 n cuak mmikirkan inbox email keje mesti mlambak2 dgn tickets. and tekaan sy mmg btol!! pening kpale bacer email trail..ader sorg mamat operate ni dok anta ticket kt sy ahad last week(30/1). sminggu dah bkepam email tu..dah bgtau rasernyer job sy start lepas cuti CNY. saper suh assigned awal2?? ishhh..pastu setiap 2 hari, kul 6.20am, ader auto email akan masuk inbox to remind yg ticket tu dah delay..gerammm!!! pastu dahla email tu CC ke bos..ggggrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!

NOVA-Siebel is our team. mmg ticket sy ader 1 tp as i mentioned b4, job sy start lps cuti CNY, so budak2 yg dah 'berjaya' mengumpulkan tickets mesti akan campak tickets tu kt kami, new support team! sungguh bijak mereka itu..hermm..bagus3!!! dah teraser ke-tension-an nyer T_T

smoga sy bjaya meng-handle ticket2 tu dgn jayanya..syah (ahmad ridzuan syah), cepatla datang!!!! ajar sy camner nk setelkan tiket tu! :( syah ni support team jugak. pnah handle support sblum ni..tunjuk ajarku sifu!!

hahaha..sedeyh, limau honey ponkan x byk dapat :( ader la dlm 5-6 bijik. hehehe, of coz mkn kan utk hanis skali :) xder monday blues, so far sgt hepy buat keje support utk 1st day ni. hehehe :)

mmg pun, kdg2 budak2 yg bg email tu mmg sengal, sajer dok selit namer bos. yg pelik dia sorg jer, team dia yg lain x pulak..mmg menCAPUB btul..sakit ati. last2 issue tu salah diri sndiri, x chek dulu, main terjah kitorg jer. kan dah malu..hahahah

hahahaha..sengal la Raji ni..ni tiket masalah! masalah2 yg dtg yg perlu di solve kan..hehehe..paling senang la..klu raji ader problem using on9 banking. mesti raji call helpdesk kan? so helpdesk akan raise problem tu, diorg akan create ticket. then pass da ticket to related personnel to solve it. camtu la lebih kurang..hohoho..pjg giler xplain :P
