salam..td br jwb call dr client, org nstp..org cukup cuak klu ckp ngn dia ni..suara dia tegas, garang..dh cuak dh tibe2 dia call..jrg nstp ader problem..nk x nak jwb jer la..

dia kater dulu maser sistem nstp ni k jem (k jem dlm brenti) pgang, k jem ader install data kt pc dia..org automatik assume database la..then org suh dia sebut aper namer shortcut icon tu..i asked her whether its name MS SQL SERVER? dia jwb bukan, xder kaitan ngn server..

kan bagus org blh ckp camtu kt dia? tp apakan daya.. tau2 la klu ckp ngn dia tu, dia jenis confident ngn suara yg strict..org plak jd takut wlupun dia tu salah..org pun iya kan jer la..customer always right la katakan..salah org gak, ckp benda2 IT kt org bukan IT..hahah..mcm ayam ckp ngn itik la =p

haha mmg susah deal ngan customer ni..die pikir die je btul. klau kite sbgai customer, kite akn kate customer is always right. tp bile kite dh agak berkurun keje ngan call centre, deal ngan customer ari2..customer is not always right, an idiot definitely. dh la x reti ape2, bile org nk explain xmo dgr plak..adoh..haa kn dh buat luahan rasa hati dh ni..
